About Coach

I started CrossFit to try something new, as I had been doing "globo-gym" workouts for years, as well as teaching Zumba and other workout classes. Once I tried CrossFit, I began to love it and started attending classes 5-6 times a week. I loved that it pushed me to do new things and allowed me to feel the competitiveness I had felt as an athlete growing up. I was able to reach an intensity in the CrossFit classes that I had been missing in all my other forms of working out. CrossFit has also taught me that I can do hard things that I didn't always think I was able to do in the gym and in life. I have learned to adopt the mindset of "the power of yet" and share it with my own child. As a mother, it is easy to give all your energy to your family, but CrossFit has allowed me to have something for myself that helps me be better for my family. I love that CrossFit has allowed me to not only become a healthier person, but it also pushes me to be better in my personal life for my family.

Motivation & Passion

I love to help others see that working out can be fun and that they are capable of doing things they did not think they were able to. CrossFit is for everyone! I am a true believer of that, and I like to help others see that as well!
